 From October 8 to 18, 2026, the wine market at Cologne’s Neumarkt once again invites visitors to enjoy, sample, and linger. Right in the heart of downtown Cologne, winemakers from German wine-growing regions and neighboring EU countries will present their diverse selection of red, rosé, and white wines.

In addition to classic wines, you can also expect winemakers’ sparkling wines, seccos, grape juices, wine-based cocktails, and other vine-related specialties. The food offerings—including grilled specialties, tarte flambée, buttered bread, and local delicacies—are the perfect accompaniment.

Bar tables at the winemakers’ stands, as well as tables and benches under pagoda tents, create a relaxed atmosphere that invites you to linger. Whether after a stroll through the city, to meet up with friends, or for an enjoyable evening in Cologne, the wine market at Neumarkt is a wonderful gathering spot for anyone who wants to combine wine with the city center’s charm. Admission is free.
