Volleyball Highlight of the Year

 Before the serve, the arena falls silent for a moment. Then the ball whips over the net—and the crowd responds. At the DVV Cup Final, this thrilling back-and-forth continues throughout the day, as two titles are decided: the women’s and men’s competitions, one after the other, in the same arena.

The venue is the  in Cologne-Deutz, where fan groups from across Germany come together in the stands. With each final, the club colours change.

Even without a favourite team, you will quickly find yourself right in the middle of the action: volleyball has no draws, every rally ends in a point, and a set can turn around within minutes.

Between the DVV Cup matches, show acts and side events fill the breaks. The two finals become a full day at the arena—ideal for families with children, too.
