The KAP686 skate park brings action right to the Rhine. Located directly at the Rheinauhafen, at Rhine kilometer 686, the open-concept skate plaza is nestled between modern architecture, views of the water, and Cologne’s city life. Rather than a traditional, enclosed skatepark, KAP686 feels more like an urban space that invites people to skate, watch, and hang out.
The facility is designed primarily for street skating: ledges, steps, rails, curbs, and open areas are arranged to blend into the surroundings while offering plenty of opportunities for tricks and lines. Skateboarders will find plenty of space here to practice and experiment; spectators can experience the energy of the skate scene up close—with the Rhine at their back and the Kranhäuser in sight.
