KölnTriangle - a scenic tour

The starting point of this group tour is Cologne Cathedral, from where the route leads over the Hohenzollern Bridge to the right bank of the Rhine. On the way, the view of the historic panorama of the Old Town with its striking church towers and characteristic rows of houses opens up. The destination of the tour is the visitor platform of the architecturally distinctive KölnTriangle at a height of around 100 metres, which offers a comprehensive 360-degree view. From here, the different facets of Cologne can be seen – the connection between historical buildings, modern architecture and contemporary urban development. With this deliberate view from above, a new mental space also opens up: questions of urban identity, local attachment and the future development of urban space come clearly to the fore.
