A bicycle circuit through Wuppertal, Düsseldorf and Cologne - former Fluxus centers of experimental art! The collective can be contacted by the public by telephone throughout the entire period.

From June 11 to 17, the Freie Pedalgemeinschaft will present a one-week performative action at the FWT Cologne, which includes a bicycle circuit through Cologne, Düsseldorf and Wuppertal. These former Fluxus centers from the 60s and 70s combine a rich cultural heritage of experimental art. Cycling is both the most efficient way to get around and a greener alternative to driving and flying. It is also more reliable than taking the train or bus.

During the bicycle tour, the collective can be called by the public from Wednesday, June 11 at 0152-26680212. On June 14, the arrival at the FWT will be celebrated with a theatrical happening, accompanied by food and drink. On June 15, individual and collective performances will take place in the FWT building, addressing survival within various power structures - both inside and outside. There will be a follow-up discussion on June 15.

The focus will be on the small rather than the large and the pursuit of an inclusive community without exclusion. At the same time, alternative ways of life - such as those of nomads, vagabonds or street dwellers - will be introduced into the artistic discourse. The aim of the project ÜBER LEBEN HEUTE VOR MORGEN is to make alternative lifestyles and communal utopias visible and to emphasize the importance of spontaneous and participatory artistic processes.
