La Cuisine Rademacher

Modern crossover, French sophistication, gourmet cuisine without inhibitions

In the world of haute cuisine, a particular anecdote about renowned French winemaker Anne-Claude Leflaive is frequently told: One year, one of her best vineyard plots – the Batard-Montrachet – was affected by fungal disease. Despite the potential risk to the harvest, she opted against chemical intervention. Interestingly, the barrel from this affected vineyard later proved to be exceptionally vivid and expressive. She said, "Nature told me to intervene less, and I have learned to listen."

Similarly, Marlon Rademacher of Cuisine Rademacher emphasizes highest quality, sustainability, and a selection of fewer but more exclusive dishes. It almost goes without saying that his wine list holds a Leflaive-Puligny-Montrachet among numerous other exquisite wines.
