May gets artistic - exhibitions at Gallery Ehren Art in May

May is all about diverse forms of artistic expression at Cologne's Gallery Ehren Art. On May 3 and 4, selected artists - including Michèl Friess, Soulgraffart alias Souleyman Sequeira-Boukhobza, Angelina Rauen, Musa Saroglu and creative highlights around the Art City Maps by Cinja - invite you to the inspiring art route. The exhibition brings together the discourse of urban pop art and socially critical graffiti works with subtle allusions to urban culture, implicitly addressing individuality and social responsibility, while also providing a foretaste of exclusive solo exhibitions in May. Special highlights are the puzzle robot show and a DJ set on Saturday. The in-depth exhibitions are then dedicated in detail to individual artistic signatures: Musa Saroglu's Puzzle Art reflects structures and emotionally concise imagery (May 9), Soulgraffart stages urban motifs combined with socio-critical depth (May 17), while Michèl Friess presents his internationally renowned variant of PopArt (May 24). The program blends harmoniously into the urban environment and at the same time makes it possible to see and experience how art, culture and urban identity enrich and depend on each other.
