At the entrance to the Rheinauhafen, directly in front of the chocolate museum, you have the opportunity to admire the cathedral and the city from lofty heights. Until the beginning of August, a 55-metre high Ferris wheel stands there, well known to the people of Cologne from the Deutz Volksfest am Rhein. The EUROPA RAD offers its passengers an incomparable panoramic view high above the roofs of Cologne.
The wheel is to remain stationary for at least eight weeks, until the beginning of August. Up to six people may ride in one gondola, provided they come from a household or family.
The Giant Ferris Wheel at the Chocolate Museum will be in operation daily from Corpus Christi until August 6th, 12 to 22 pm.
Tickets: 8 euros for adults, 6 euros for children.
