Maison Blue

At Maison Blue in Cologne’s Südstadt neighborhood, you’ll find French-inspired cuisine served in a warm, family-friendly atmosphere. Anne and André Niediek have been running the restaurant with passion for many years and place great importance on personal interaction with their guests. The dining area seats 56 people, and there’s also a quiet terrace in the green backyard with seating for up to 60.

The kitchen uses freshly prepared, mostly French and seasonal ingredients. Depending on the menu, dishes may feature, for example, game from the Eifel, porcini mushrooms from the Bergisches Land, or products from long-standing suppliers in France. Even the bread is baked in-house daily. Since Maison Blue features a rotating menu, a visit is especially worthwhile for anyone who appreciates classic French influences and seasonal variety.
