MarktTreff Rudolfplatz

Market

Regional products, international street food and wineries

MarktTreff Rudolfplatz opens up a new perspective on the urban market experience and combines classic weekly market traditions with contemporary culinary culture. Every Thursday from 4 to 9 pm - except on public holidays - a place is created where regional products, artisanal food production and international cuisine enter into a dialog with each other. The spectrum ranges from organic meat, farm produce and beekeeping products to cheese, baked goods and fresh fruit and vegetables. The range is complemented by delicatessen products, dried fruit and artisan specialties. At the same time, food stands develop a culinary spectrum ranging from stone-baked pizza to Brazilian and Italian dishes to crêpes, potato pancakes, dumpling variations and Filipino cuisine. Three wineries from the region - Kriechel, Mönchberger Hof and Armin Rupp - create a harmonious setting for enjoyable encounters. The combination of locally rooted producers and international impulses creates a consciously curated space that combines sustainable nutrition, cultural openness and urban togetherness and strengthens Rudolfplatz as a lively meeting place.
