Popular highlights include atmospheric headphone cinema, urban harbor sounds near the Chocolate Museum, and intimate courtyard concerts, alongside innovative new productions. With free admission, these events foster accessible encounters within the city's diverse communities, emphasizing cultural responsibility and regional identity as core values. In addition, the program subtly addresses ethical and societal discourses, reflecting the many voices of Cologne.
