Request for Support for a Press or Content Trip

We’re happy to help you organize and plan your personal, customized research trip to Cologne.

For a successful collaboration, please fill out our form and keep the following in mind:

  • Please contact us as early as possible so we have enough time to help organize your stay. Ideally, this should be at least four to six weeks before your trip.
  • Please avoid travel dates that coincide with trade fairs or major events.
  • You will receive the KölnCard free of charge if you mention it in your publication.

6. Accuracy Guarantee and Right of Review

I certify that all information provided is complete, truthful, and not misleading. I understand that intentionally or negligently providing false information may result in exclusion from a press or content trip, as well as the reclaiming of any services already provided. Claims for damages pursuant to Section 823(1) of the German Civil Code (BGB) remain reserved.

Right of Review (Required)

KölnTourismus GmbH reserves the right to review the submitted information and supporting documents and, in the event of any uncertainties, to request additional information or reject the request.

7. Data Privacy

The personal data provided in this form will be processed exclusively for the purpose of handling your request. The legal basis for processing is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in reviewing and processing media requests). The data will only be shared internally with the responsible staff members and will be deleted once the purpose has been fulfilled, unless statutory retention obligations apply.
