Elfter im Elften 2026 - Immer wieder kölsche Lieder

“Elfter im Elften – immer wieder kölsche Lieder” brings together more than 10,000 carnival revelers at the Lanxess Arena to kick off the carnival season. The spotlight is on Cologne-based bands and singers who shape the carnival with their music: featuring well-known songs, new carnival hits, and choruses that many in the audience know by heart. Established names in the Cologne Carnival scene regularly take the center stage, including Kasalla, Cat Ballou, Black Fööss, Brings, Höhner, Miljö, Paveier, Räuber, Klüngelköpp, Marita Köllner, and Stadtrand. The evening focuses on what drives Fastelovend musically: collective singing, the Cologne dialect, humor, and a keen sense of local identity. As with the “Lachende Kölnarena,” guests are welcome to bring their own food and drinks; there are also food and drink stands inside the arena. Glass containers are not permitted.
